I live in Salt Lake, but I teach in Provo?

For thirteen years, I have made the thrice weekly drive---sometimes a dangerous drive depending on construction or destruction of the freeway---from Salt Lake City to Provo. Why?  When I was a girl, I had a royal blue BYU T-shirt. I'm not sure where it came from since neither of my parents attended BYU. A neighbor once saw me in the shirt and told me that BYU stood for the following:
Boy
You're
Ugly.

She thought that was funny. She was wrong. Even though there is an accredited college in the city where I live, I commute because BYU is beautiful---the purple pansies that surround the library are beautiful, the Hinckley Building clock tower jutting in the skyline is beautiful, and the kindness of the students is beautiful.

I live in Salt Lake but drive to Provo teach. In my case, BYU could stand for the following:
Beautiful
Youthful
University.
